Ella’s Army
This photo was taken on 25th April 2026, 3 years before on April 25th 2023, we heard the words every parents dread - your child has cancer! Ella was just 6 when she was diagnosed with a wilms tumour, after 9 months of chemotherapy and surgery to remove her right kidney, Ella finished her treatment on the 6th January 2024. Thanks to Noah’s Ark Ella looks back on her time at hospital with memories of friendly staff, play rooms full of toys, friendly dogs and a great hospital teacher! We are taking part in the Superhero dash for the 3rd year running so when other children need to spend time in Noah’s Ark they can look back with fond memories too!
