Let's make life better for children in hospital
I'm raising money for a cause close to my heart and would love your support. The goal of the Noah’s Ark Children's Hospital Charity is to create brighter todays and better tomorrows for the 90,000 children cared for at our nation's children's hospital each year.
The charity ensures that treatment and outcomes can continue to improve by funding new and innovative medical equipment and facilities. It supports children and families in the here and now through its emotional support service and the much loved play specialist team and it invests in the future by providing technology that helps train the bright clinicians of tomorrow. It also strives to make the hospital a less frightening and more familiar place for children by sprinkling a little fun and happiness into hospital days. As a charity that relies entirely on donations and gifts in Wills – this is all only made possible thanks to people like you and me.

The Consistency Club
Friday 3rd AprI’ve signed up for the 5K and honestly, this is about more than just the run.
I’ve called it The Consistency Club because that’s exactly what I’m working on - showing up, even when I can’t be bothered, even when it would be easier not to.
This is me holding myself accountable. Not to be perfect. Not to suddenly become someone else overnight. But to prove to myself that I can follow through on what I say I’m going to do.
At the same time, I get to do this for something that really matters.
If I’m going to push myself, stay consistent, and show up - it feels only right that it’s also contributing to a cause that needs support.
So this is bigger than a 5K.
It’s showing up when I don’t feel like it. It’s building discipline instead of relying on motivation. It’s doing the things I say I’m going to do.
And if you want to support, donate, join me or even just follow along, it genuinely means a lot.
Welcome to the Consistency Club.
