Come join the squad!
Our Superhero 5K Family Fun Day is back! Come and join us on Sunday 28 June 2026 for a fun filled family day of entertainment, music, street food, activities, character meet and greets and so much more!
Then walk, wheel or jog our family 5K and help us raise much needed funds to support young patients at the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales!
Once again held at our Superhero base in Glamorgan Cricket in Sophia Gardens, this year's event promises to be bigger and better than ever, with more stalls, more food and more on site entertainment for families! Everybody's welcome and we can't wait to see you there!
