Our why

Me, Gareth, Rowan, Grayson and Arlo will be taking part in the Noah's Ark Superhero 5K as a family.
This charity means so much to us. Three years ago, our baby Arlo became very unwell and was admitted to the Noah's Ark Critical Care Unit. It was an incredibly frightening and uncertain time for our family. Arlo spent time on a ventilator, and we didn't know what the future would hold.
Throughout it all, the staff at Noah's Ark were amazing. They not only provided outstanding care for Arlo but also supported our whole family. We were able to stay at the Ronald McDonald House on the hospital grounds, and Rowan and Grayson were included in Halloween parties and activities that helped keep them smiling and distracted during such a difficult time.
We will be forever grateful to Noah's Ark for saving our little boy's life. Taking part in this 5K is our way of giving something back and helping other families who may find themselves facing similar challenges.
Please donate whatever you can – every penny makes a difference. It will be a huge achievement for Rowan, Grayson and Arlo to complete this 5K, and we're so proud of them already. ❤️🏃‍♂️🦸‍♂️

Let's make life better for children in hospital

We're raising money for a cause close to my heart and would love your support. The goal of the Noah’s Ark Children's Hospital Charity is to create brighter todays and better tomorrows for the 73,000 children cared for at our nation's children's hospital each year. The charity ensures that treatment and outcomes for children can continue to improve by funding new and innovative medical equipment and facilities. It supports children and families in the here and now through its emotional support service and the much loved play specialist team and it invests in the future by providing technology that helps train the bright clinicians of tomorrow. Noah's Ark also strives to make the hospital a less frightening and more familiar place for children by sprinkling a little fun and happiness into hospital days. As a charity that relies entirely on donations and gifts in Wills – this is all only made possible with all our help.
